2. Service-Based Refunds
a) Software & App Development
- A full refund is available if the project is cancelled before development work has begun.
- Once development has started, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and resources utilized.
- No refund will be issued after the final deliverable has been approved and delivered to the client.
- Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the respective milestone has been completed and approved.
b) Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable as it is spent directly on the platform.
- If services are not delivered as agreed, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a project or service by notifying us in writing via email at info@abcmarketing.co.in.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle.
- Any outstanding work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@abcmarketing.co.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your name, project details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 15 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Ad spend on third-party advertising platforms
- Completed and delivered project milestones
- Consultation and strategy fees
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services or refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sarana, Bihar, India.
